In 2022, he founded AJN RealtyAdvisors, leveraging his extensive knowledge to guide clients towards success.Previously, Alan served as Senior Director of National Retail Services at Cushman & Wakefield(C&W) for 21 years. During his tenure at C&W, he skillfully represented a diverse clientele, including renowned names like A/X Armani Exchange, Calvin Klein, Brandy Melville, NeuhausChocolate, Sketchers, Zadig & Voltaire, Todd English, Genki Sushi, Ole & Steen Fabrique Bakery, and many more.

Alan's expertise extends beyond tenant representation. He has fostered strong relationships with prominent landlords such as Related Companies, Millennium Partners, Triple Five, UnitedRealty, JP Morgan Chase, Sahara Plaza LLC, PGC Investments, Columbus Properties, and theHakim Family.Unwavering commitment to excellence is Alan's hallmark. Before his impressive career at C&W, Alan served as Director of Acquisitions for RD Properties (predecessor of Acadia Realty Trust). His journey also encompasses the successful redevelopment of a Lowe's office building in Syracuse, New York, listed on the National Historic Registry.

Alan's academic foundation is rooted in excellence. He graduated from Boston University's Questrom School of Business, laying the groundwork for his future achievements.
