Alan J. Napack

With more than four decades of experience in commercial real estate, Alan J. Napack has earned a reputation as one of the industry’s most trusted and accomplished advisors. In 2022, he founded AJN Realty Advisors, a boutique firm specializing in strategic retail and commercial leasing, tenant representation, and portfolio expansion across major U.S. markets. Alan’s work is defined by insight, precision, and a results-driven approach that consistently delivers value for both tenants and landlords.

Before establishing AJN Realty Advisors, Alan spent 21 years as Senior Director of National Retail Services at Cushman & Wakefield, where he led rollout strategies for some of the world’s most recognized brands—including A|X Armani Exchange, Calvin Klein, Brandy Melville, Neuhaus Chocolates, Skechers, Zadig & Voltaire, Todd English, Genki Sushi, Ole & Steen, Fabrique Bakery, and Chevignon. His hands-on leadership and deep market intelligence helped clients navigate complex transactions, secure prime retail locations, and optimize long-term real estate performance.
Alan’s deep understanding of the New York City market has made him a valued advisor to major institutional and private landlords such as Related Companies, Millennium Partners, Triple Five, United Realty, JP Morgan Chase, Sahara Plaza LLC, Columbus Properties, the Hakim Family, PGC Investments, and Fairmont Hotels. Over his career, he has successfully leased or sold more than one million square feet of retail space across Manhattan. Signature transactions include CB2 at 451 Broadway, CitiBank at 476 Broadway, Brandy Melville at 499 Broadway, Timberland at 550 Broadway, Anat Ebgi at 372 Broadway, and the sale and leasing of 116 Prince Street, as well as the 100,000-square-foot Primark at American Dream and Skechers at 126 West 125th Street.

A graduate of Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, Alan brings a strong foundation in finance, real estate, and strategic planning to every engagement. His enduring passion for the industry, combined with his ability to anticipate trends and foster long-term relationships, continues to shape the retail real estate landscape—one transaction at a time.

Earlier in his career, Alan was one of the original partners at Acadia Realty Trust (formerly RD Properties, founded by Ross Dworman), where he played a key role in the firm’s early growth and investment strategy. Prior to his tenure at Acadia, he spearheaded the redevelopment of the historic 100,000-square-foot Lowe’s office building in Syracuse, New York, working in partnership with the Ades Family. The landmark property was meticulously restored to meet all standards required by the National Historic Foundation—a project that exemplifies Alan’s vision and commitment to architectural and community revitalization.

Argie Agaloglou works closely with founder Alan Napack as an integral part of AJN Realty Advisors, providing the research, insight, and support that empower clients to make informed, strategic real estate decisions. Known for her diligence and resourcefulness, Argie leaves no stone unturned in identifying and securing tenants for the spaces the firm represents.

With degrees from Goldsmiths University in London and Parsons School of Design in New York, Argie combines academic rigor with creative vision—merging design thinking, research, and market intelligence to craft informed, data-driven strategies. Her background in design and brand development gives her a distinctive perspective on how space, aesthetics, and consumer behavior intersect in today’s retail landscape.
Beyond her real estate work, Argie is the creator of Tower On The Go, a lifestyle and social brand inspired by her dog, Astro. Through this platform, she has cultivated meaningful partnerships with major lifestyle and pet brands, blending authenticity, design, and storytelling across digital and physical environments.
